Refunds and Returns

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY:

For a partial OR full refund, your item must either: 

  • arrive damaged 
  • have the incorrect spelling
  • have the incorrect design 
  • arrive 3 days later than your selected date. 

If any of the above applies to your order we will refund either a partial (damaged items) or full amount of your order once photo evidence is provided.

Returns:

As our products are food items, we do not accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us to discuss.

Cancellations:

If you cancel your order before 3 days of your selected delivery date, you will be eligible for a full refund, all orders cancelled after this time will receive a store credit.
